The House of Lords adopted a resolution. which was not opposed by the Government, declaring that until the co-operation of the doctors is assured the Government •will fail to efficiently provide medical benefits under the Insurance Act. The British Medical Journal reminds Government that it pays an annual capitation of 8a 6d for snob carefully selected lives as the postal: and other civil servants.
