DISTRIBUTION OF £57,372
DAIRY COMPANY PAY-OUT Final Surpluses Next Month A total distribution of £57,372 will be made by the Morrinsville Co-oper-ative Dairy Company, Limited, during the coming week-end. In addition to the normal payment for butter supplied. the company is making an interim payment upon the whole of last season's supply at the rate of Id per pound. A distribution of final surpluses will be made during July. Casein Manufacture At last meeting of the board of directors it was reported that good progress was being made in respect to next season’s manufacture of casein at Motumaoho. Acquisition by Morrinsville of the former Norfolk company has been finalised, and the old Norfolk factory now known as Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., Motumaoho branch —is undergoing extensive remodelling and extension. Additional plant is being installed. In the flush of the new season it is anticipated this plant will handle IS,OOO. gallons of milk daily.
