Mr. C. E. Macmillan, M.P. for Tauranga, takes a somewhat cheerful view of the future. Speaking at the opening of the Matamata A. and P. Show on Tuesday, Mr. Macmillan voiced the opinion that whatever happened in the future the position could never revert to what it had been, and that the farmers would reap some permanent advantage.
