MASTERTON.
Our Mastertou correspondent wires : —At the Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday both informations against Thomas Power, for illegally selling grog at tho Mauriceville Station, where lie lias not a license, were dismissed. An interesting case was also heard in which William White sued A. W. Ilogg, journalist, for £2O 15s Hd. for furniture supplied the latter. Judgment was given for plaintill for £l7 11s lOd, and costs £2 14s.
