CABLE NEWS. (OWN CORRESPONDENT.) London, Sept. 22. There is some panic on the Stock Exchange in consequence of the uneasiness caused by the revolution in Eastern Roumelia. The question of agrarian outrages is again becoming frequent in Ireland. Greece is still opposing the proposed union of Macedonia with Bulgaria. The wool market is firm, but there is no quotable alteration in prices. Rome, September 23 Telegraphic advices from Palermo report the existance of considerable disorder in Sicily, consequent upon towns resisting contact, with the exterior, and in order to allow country inhabitants to enter towns without molestation, bodies of troops have been posted at all the Railway stations to maintain order. Cairo, Sept. 24. Intelligence is to hand that a force of Abyssinian troops, numbering about B,ooo’ started on the i;th inst. to the relief of the Garrison at Kassala.
