Suicide by Drowning.
(OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Auckland, Monday. An eldeely man named Lammont drowned himself in the Waikato river on Friday. He appears to have deliberately walked into the river, after taking off his clothes and carefully folding them up. He left a letter bidding friends good-bye, and naming his executor. He had been suffering from religious mania for some time.
