I Uralla 3 First Chester ... 3 Only five horses started, Yondoo being scratched. Nordenfelt assumed the lead from the start and maintained his positional! the way round. It was a grand finish, Uralla being beaten by a length, while double that distance separated the 2nd and third horses. Time : 2 mins. 174 secs. Epsom Handicap. Folly 1 Wing ... 2 Exeter ... 3 Sixteen horses started for this event, which resulted in a grand finish, Folly just winning on the post by a head, Time : 1 min. 4.J secs. HUNT CUP STEEPLECHASE. (OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Dunedin, Monday. The Dunedin Hunt Cup Steeplechase Meeting was held on Saturday last, The attendance was good and the weather all that could be desired. The following are the results ;— Handicap Hurdles — Trapper, 1 ; Medico, 2; Mayboy, 3. Kensington Handicap—Ererton Lad, 1 ; Matanaka, 2 ; Billy, 3.
