EJECTION OF RUSSIANS JAPANESE TERRITORY VERSION FROM TOKIO (Bloc. Tel. Copyright—United Tress Assn.) (Reed. .March 13, 1.30 p.m.) TOKIO, March 12. A skirmish in Manchukuo resulted j in the Japanese ejecting 70 Russians from Japanese territory. The Russians lost heavily. Four Japanese were wounded. Japan has protested to Moscow.
