TANKER’S PROTECTION WAR AREA PRECAUTION (t*«r Press Associntlcm.) WELLINGTON, this day. The first tanker to arrive at Wellington with the Union Jack painted on' her sides is the Eclipse, which arrived yesterday from Palembang with a cargo of motor spirit. The flag is a precaution for ships entering the war areas. The freighter Benledi, which was here in February, bad the Union Jack so painted. A number of other ships that have been here have carried other colours such as Norwegian.
