TIMARU SESSION
ONE CASE FOR TRIAL (Par PrusK Association.) TIMARU, this day. The Supreme Court session opened to-day before Mr. Justice Northcroft. His Honour said that fortunately there was only one case for consideration by a Grand Jury. A charge of negligent driving causing the death of two persons at Pleasant Point. His Honour reviewed the circumstances of the case and the jury returned a true bill.
