SUPREME COURT SESSION
NO BILLS AT AUCKLAND (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The grand jury at the opening of the Supreme Court criminal session returned no bills in the cases of John Reginald Herring, charged with negligent driving so as to cause death, and James Alexander Barron, charged with indecent assault on a female. True bills were returned in all other cases.
