BOOKMAKING ADMITTED
TARANAKI OFFENDERS (Par Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Charged with carrying on bookmaking Frederick Charles liawke, John Edward Shore and Francis James Patterson, who were arrested during a police raid on Saturday afternoon, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. The pronouncement of the sentences was postponed.
