DEATH OF PROFESSOR
SARTORIAL REFORMER BRIGHTER TONES FOR MEN (Reed. July 14, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, July 13.
The death has occurred of Dr. Henry Edward Armstrong, emeritus professor of chemistry of the City and Guilds' College, South Kensington. He advocated brighter clothes for men and once attended a public dinner in London wearing a vivid magenta waistcoat, one lapel of which was mauve and other blue in colour.
