THE success of Sonja I lonic in pictures has started studios looking for other likely athletic champions. The result to date is the discovery of Ted Harper, Detroit amateur figureskater, who has been contracted to appear with Hiss Henie in an ice carnival and later in a picture; and the offer of a picture contract to Joanna do Tus-
can, woman champion of United States fencers. Mrs. de Tuscan is the wife of a college fencing coach, and was voted the most beautiful member of the American fencing team which went to Berlin for the 1930 Olympic Games.
