FORMOSA APPROVAL OPINIONS OF GOVERNOR TOKTO, May 20. •The Governor-General of Formosa, interviewed regarding Australia's proposal for a pact of non-aggression among nations in the Pacific, said:
"I think it is a very good thing and hope if succeeds. I think Japan would agree, though I cannot speak for the Government."
