SHORT WRESTLING BOUT
FORSGREN BEATS RICHARDS TWO SURPRISE FALLS (Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, this day. In one of the shortest wrestling bonis witnessed in Hastings for a number of years, Jack Forsgren, of Canada, defeated Bay Richards, of U.S.A., by two straight falls in a bout here last niglu. The bout was productive of .sunnlively wrestling, with Richards shadowing 'his man all the way, but when pressing harder he was tricked by Forsgren, who .secured surprise falls. The first came in the fourth round, when Forsgren used the ropes and threw Richards off his balance while about to attempt to dump Forsgren. The latter fell on top for a. body-press. In the next round, Richards tossed the Canadian with flying mares and flying tackles and dumped him repeatedly, but Forsgren weathered it all and finally trapped Richards in a Boston crab for a submission fall.
