DISPUTE AMONG CREW

In the magistrate's court yesterday, Sidney Patterson Fairhall, a member of the crew of the Kekerangu was charged that with intent to do grievous bodily harm to Arthur Brocksopp, lie did actual harm.
From the evidence it appeared that friction occurred on board as the boat was preparing to put to sea between union and non-union members of the crew. The police stated that the extent of the injuries was not known. Tlie magistrate said he would go into the bail question later. The accused Was remanded.
