OWNER'S SUICIDE
NICE,.Aug. 20.
A forest fire which has been raging for two days 10 miles from Nice is now burning on u 10-niil© front. Tho fire, which is destroying forest lands between the villages of Blausnst and Peille, has not threatened any house property so far. M. IJcgovianni, an Italian coal and wood merchant, of Nice, who only :i week ago bought the forests which have now been destroyed, threw himself under a train anil was killed.
