Lamberton (Christchurch), who gained fastest; time from the scratch mark, completing the course in 21irs. llmin. 2ilsee. The second fastest time went to A. (’lenience, 2hrs. 12min. 17soe. The first man homo was A. Macldo (Kaitnngata), who led all the way, finishing Msec, ahead of C. Oread (Oh ristchrnrch).
