Handicap Hurdles. —1-1 Curlew (F. Thomson). 1; 3-3' Riicewhip, 2: 2-2 Katin pa. 3. Scratched: Rellbroney. Hawthorn. London fell at. the first, hurdle. Won by three-quarters of a length, and four lengths. Time, 2.50.

Harlech has been scratched from the Welcome Stakes field at the Auckland Racing Club’s meeting opening next Saturday. Owing to the.
