A Geneva message stall's that the Third Committee or the Disarmament Committee of the League Assembly met to-day and elected Dr. C*. L. Lange, of Norway, as ; president and At. Sadak of Turkey, as vice-president. The delegates stood for a moment in silence in memory of the late Mr. Arthur Henderson, who .officiated as president of the previous Disarmament Conference.
