PALESTINE MEASURES
DOCUMENTS DELAYED MISSING AIR LTNER LONDON, Oct. 2. The delay in tightening measures in Palestine is stated to be due to the authorising Order-in-Council and another vital document having been lost in the air liner Boadicoa, which on September 25 left Croydon for Paris, carrying ti pilot, a wireless officer and mails, and has not since beeen heard of. The texts of the Order-in-Council and other documents are being forwarded bv cablegram.
