The first man to be sentenced to death in- Germany for kidnapping was beheaded in Bonn, Bhineland, this morning, less than a mouth after he committed the crime.
Thirty-four-ycar-ohl Hans Samuel Edouhrd Gicse, kidnapped on July 1(5 a 12-year-old boy in Bonn. He wrote to the boy's father threatening to torture the child to death unless a ransom was paid. The Bonn police trapped him, arrested him, brought him to trial on July 30, when he was sentenced to death.
To-day, 12 days later, he weut to the block.
