CAMPBELL BLACK’S FATE S YMPATHY WITH. \YTIM V \Y (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.15 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 21. World-wide sorrow is .expressed! at the loss of the famous airman Mr. T. Campbell Black, who was killed in. a collision between two planes at Liverpool oil Saturday. Visconut Swinton. the Secretary of State for Air, in a telegram of .sympathy to Mrs. Black, who is the wellknown actress, Florence Desmond, says: “Your husband’s career was worthy of the best traditions of British aviation, and his loss will be universally deplored.” M. Pierre Cot, the French Minister for Air, in a telegram to the Air MinisMV, expressed, in the name of French aviation and himself personally, the deepest sympathy for tho cruel blow to British aviation by the death of a great figure in the world of aviation.
