Peter Rzoska, for being in a state oi intoxication while in charge of a motor car was to-day fined £25 and bis driving license was cancelled for five years. Mr. J. 11. Salmon, S.M., said lie adopted this course in view of flip fact that the defendant had an invalid wife and a young family of four.
