Brown, director of postal services, Captain Johnston, controller of civil aviation, Mr. M. L. Shepherd, secretary of defence, and Mr. M. B. Murray, chief inspector of postal services. The Minister of Defence, Sir Archdale Parkhill, leaves for New Zealand next Friday, September 25.
