VISITORS TO DOMINION SYDNEY DEPARTURE SYDNEY, Sept, 19. ■ The passengers hv the Wanganella, wliieh left Sydney to-day for Wellington, include Mr. P. G. L. Bertram, deputy-director of Civil aviation to the British Air Ministry, and the Australian delegation, consisting of Mr. H. P. Brown, director of postal services, Captain Johnston, controller of civil aviation, Mr. M. L. Shepherd, secretary of defence, and Mr. M. B. Murray, chief inspector of postal services. The Minister of Defence, Sir Archdale Parkhill, leaves for New Zealand next Friday, September 25.
