KING ALFONSO’S SON
SUED FOR ALIMONY WIFE ASKS £SO A WEEK NEW YORK, Aug. 16. An application was filed in the New York Supreme Court yesterday by the Countess of Covadonga, wife of the eldest son of ex-King Alfonso. She is asking her husband, who is seeking the annulment of their marriage, to show cause why he should n,ot pay her an alimony of £SO a week and £SOO, representing her legal expenses. The judge signed an order directing the count, who now works for a New York firm which sells British motor cars, to appear in court on Wednesday, when arguments will be heard.
