TENNIS CLUB MEETS (Herald Correspondent.) A general meeting of tlie. Puha Tennis Club was held in the Puha Hall on Thursday evening, when it was unanimously decided to reopen the club's courts this season. Miss N. Coates was elected to the chair. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, Mi-. J. E. Nicholls; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. Cameron, TcKani To Ua and F. Atkins; secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. M. Vaughan; committee, Misses N. Coates and 0. Kippenberger, Messrs. J. Bennett, E. Newton and C. Brown. An opening day is to be arranged by the committee as soon as the courts are in good order.
