LILLE STRIKE ENDING
TEXTILE INDUSTRY AGREEMENT REACHED INCREASE IN WAGES (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 18, 12 noon) PARIS, Sept. 17. The French Minister of the Interior, M, Salengro. announced to-day that an agreement had been reached ending the .Lille strike. The agreement provides for an increase of 6 per cent in wages-Thirty-five thousand textile workers are returning to work immediately.
