STRIKERS IN CONTROL
FACTORY AT LYONS COMMITTEE OF DIRECTION LONDON, Sept. 17. The Daily Telegraph’s Parks correspondent reports that stay-in strikers at a Lyons factory, after nominating a “committee of direction,” started running the factory themselves. The employers had always feared this development, which is unprecedented in the history of the strike movement in Prance.
