FALL IN LIFT WELL
MAN FOUND DEAD TRAGEDY IN CITY (Per Press Association.) AUdIvLAND, this day. With a fractured skull and broken bones, a man who has not yet- been identified was found at the bottom of a lift well in a Queen street building about midday. He had been dead for about an hour. It is believed that he fell from the sixth iloor when repair work was being carried out on the lift higher up. The discovery was made by a maintenance man following the stoppage oi the lift.
