WELLINGTON CONFERENCE AUSTRALIAN DELEG ATI ON (Reed. Sept. 17, noon.) CANBERRA, Sept. 17. The Commonwealth Government is to be represented by the Minister of Defence, Sir Archdalo Parkhill, in Wellington at a conference to consider the establishment of an air mail service between Australia and New Zealand. Sir Archdale Parkhill will be accompanied by a delegation of senior officers from the Post Office and the Civil Aviation Department, and will sail next Saturday. He expects to be absent for about a month.
