JEWELLERY STOLEN
LOSS BY LADY HART A quantity of jewellery, the property of Lady Hart and Mrs. Hugh Mackay, was stolen on Saturday night from the residence of Mrs. Mackay, Masterton. Sir Herbert and Lady Hart had been the guests, of Mrs. Mackay prior to their departure overseas. On Saturday night the occupants of the house attended a theatre, and on their return the jewellery was found ty be missing. Entry to the house whs made through an unlocked window. In addition to the jewellery, valued at over £6O, about 10s in silver was taken.
