UGLY HOARDINGS BANNED
•BRUSSELS, April 11. Ugly advertisement' hoardings in Belgian beauty spots, at tourist venires and village entrances arc being banned by Royal decree. The measure also orders all hoardings to he placed in future 50(1 yards away from roads, canals and railway lines. No advertisement signs. may be creeled at cross-roads where they are likely, to interfere with Ira flic indicators.
