UNEXPECTED LEGACIES
BRITISH INSTITUTIONS RICH AMERICAN'S WILL (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, April 14. A number of British institutions benefit under the will of the rich American, Mr. A. H. Whitin, who died in Paris a year ago. Salisbury Cathedral, the Northminster National Portrait Gallery, and Scottish art galleries are among the recipients of unexpected legacies varying from several hundreds to £IOOO each.
