MORE GERMAN DEATHS BERLIN, Feb. 25. The dismissal of Jewish doctors, causing a wholesale change in personnel in many hospitals, is. said to be one of the causes of an increase of approximately 8 per cent in the German death-rate. Another reason is the powerful trend in Nazi opinion against academic medicine in favour of freak health theories. Official statistics also show that the marriage boom created by the Nazi policy of subsidising marriages is ebbing.
