MELBOURNE, July 4. Since the inception of unemployed relief in Victoria, five years ago, £13.350,130 had been allocated for relief purposes and C12.020.C113 had been spenf up to Afarc-h 31. Actually the funds raised up to the end of dune will amount •to £13.808.750.
