MR. LYONS’ TOUR INSPECTION OF NIAGARA TORONTO, July 13. The Australian Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, and party left for Vancouver by train after a busy 3(i hours, visiting Niagara Falls and the Welland Canal en route to the Falls, where thev were the guests of Mr. T. B. The party also inspected the Niagara hydro-electric power development works. At Welland, the Federal Prime Minister mounted the control room and operated the lock machinery, bringing & freighter through.
