STORM IN SYDNEY
HEAVY DAMAGE REPORTED
TWO MEN MISSING
SYDNEY, Dec. 24. Heavy damage is reported from all parts of the metropolitan area following a severe thunderstorm which struck Sydney last night. The wind reached gale force and there was heavy rain, accompanied by hail. The Liverpool district was plunged into darkness when the electric light, wires were broken and a number of houses were UrtroOfedri Small craft in the harbor were severely buffeted and many overturned. The police are searching for two men who are reported to be drowned.
