FREE STATE APPROACHED
CATTLE FOR COAL LONDON, Dec. 18. The Daily Mail’s Dublin correspondent says that German delegates have arrived there for trade discussions with the’Free State Government, hoping to conclude a barter agreement, whereby Germany will take Free State cattle in exchange for German coal.
