RUMANIAN DEBTS
DISCUSSION IN LONDON (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 17. The president of the Board of Trade, Mr Walter Runciinan, together with Colonel J. Colville, received M. Manulescu, the Rumanian Minister of Commerce, accompanied by M. Laptow, acting Rumanian Minister, and his delegation, and discussed with him the question of outstanding debts due from Romania to firms in the United Kingdom. The discussions are being continued.
