SAAR INCIDENT
POLICE CHIEF RESIGNS (Received Dec. 19, 3 p.m.) SAARBRUCKEN, Dec. 18. Major ’ Hemsley has resigned from bis position as head of the Saar police. Feeling that the Justice incident has shaken the Saar Commission’s faith in the international police, he is sacrificing himself to restore it.
