GARAGE GUTTED
FOUR MACHINES DESTROYED (Phr Pross Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Through a mechanic dropping a match, Viggar’s garage, Uhuznee street, was gutted before the lire brigade had time to intervene. The fire occurred at about 2 p.m. yesterday. When four engines arrived, flames many feet high were bursting from the garage. The flames were extinguished within half an hour, but not before the building and three cars and a motor cycle were damaged beyond repair.
