Cosmetic Marriages
MISS Martha Dickinson, city clerk *’* and issuer of marriage licenses at Windsor, Ont., is prone to believe cosmetics is one of the principal causes for the marriage these days of so many young men to women at least, five or six years their senior. In some cases in tho past few months young men in Windsor have taken out licenses to marry women 10 years older than themselves.
"“It is so hard to tell a woman’s age these days when she gets all decked up,” said Miss Dickinson.
