ANOTHER NAZI PLOT
LITHUANIAN ROUND-UP 126 FOR MASS TRIAL (Received Dec. 14, 2 p.m.) KOVNO, Dec. 13. Investigations lasting for many months culminated in the discovery of an alleged plot by Nazis living in Mernel territory to seize a portion of Lithunia and transfer it to Germany by armed force. Memel Storm Troopers allegedly carried out secret military exercises and established a special court to deal .with "traitors,”
_ After the discovery of the plot, the German Consul, Herr Toepke, and bis Vice-consuls, Herr yon Ilalem and Dr. Struck, were recalled to Berlin. iho police rounded up 126 Nazis, who to-morrow will taco a mass court-mar-tial. Seven are accused of murdering a “traitor” named Jesuttis. A majority deny treachery against Lithunia, and declare that they were merely maintaining German traditions.
