ADVANCE PARTY ARRIVES MISSION OF PEACE f (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 13. Major-General Brind, who is to command the international force in the Saar, has left London and will roach Sa.u rI > rue kon to-morro \v. An advance party of British officers arrived there to-day, and the main body will proceed via 'Calais next week. The last time a force of this size wont to the Contingent; their purpose was to make war; their object now is ,o keep peace.
