(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The police have been advised that F.dwin James Hand, aged three years and nine months, was drowned near (yphir yesterday. The child was trying to fill a can with water from the Manuherikia River when the accident occurred. The body has not been recovered. *
