GISBORNE QDDMENT SALE WOOL AND SHEEPSKINS A sale of wool oddments, sheepskins and hides was conducted by the Gisborne Woolbrokers’ Association to-dav, when 637 bales of wool, 8889 sheepskins and 488 hides were, offered. It, was the second North Island crutching sale of the. season, and much interest attached to it in view of the prices realised in Hawke’s Bay a few days earlier. Rates for both wool and sheepskins were very firm on Hawke’s Bay prices, and a good clearance was effected.
