ANOTHER ARREST
THE MARSEILLES TRAGEDY (Received Oct. 16. 2 p.m.) PARIS, Oct. 15. Chalny, an alleged accomplice of King Alexander’s assassin, was arrested without resistance oil the Melon cross-roads' after a repetition of a previous mistake of overtipping a bartender. He was on the point of collapse, and had been without food for four (lays, during which time he wandered in the forest after his escape from the Fontainebleau buffet.
