LORD MONTEAGLE DEAD

The death occurred in a Dublin nursing home of Lord Montenglo, aged f»0 years, who resigned four years'ago from the diplomatic service in which he had a distinguished career. He had innumerable friends in corps diplomatique, end had served in St. Petcrsburgh, Washington, where his father, Sir Cecil Rice, previously had been ambassador. Paris, Brussels, and in the Foreign Office.
